| Enjoy sunset views from the point, or over the nature sanctuary from your own private balcony with a view of the ocean and marina. Boat & trailer parking and on-site boat ramp are free for guests use. Dockage for most any size boat is usually available at an additional charge. |

| Picnic at one of the several oceanfront picnic areas, complete with charcoal grills, or take a swim in the Atlantic at the sandy ocean beach. There are also many quiet places to relax or read a book, and walking paths throughout the magnificently lush tropical grounds. |

| Tropical lagoons weave their way through the grounds and offer a pristine sandy lagoon beach for swimming. The whole family will love the several floating platforms in the lagoon for sunning, swimming and snorkeling. Cast a line from the side of the lagoon, as it is stocked with fish, or you can fish off either side of the point that sticks out into the ocean. There's also a great playground for the kids. |

| Two fresh water swimming pools are available for you to swim in with large sun decks and shade canopies, and one of the pools is heated for your comfort during the winter months. There are also two lighted tennis courts. The immediate area is know for the finest dive spots in the Keys. You can walk to the swim with the dolphins programs. Close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Great location for exploring all of South Florida from the Everglades to Key West. |
