Located bayside behind the Islamorada Public Library at mile marker 81.5 is a town owned beach know to the locals as Library Beach. Here you will find a large open space with playground equipment along the water with picnic benches and a sandy beach in a lush tropical setting.

Check the current before allowing the little ones to swim unsupervised. This is a quiet spot known mainly by locals, so crowds are rare.
