This quiet penthouse level oceanfront retreat offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, the marina, and also the nature sanctuary from your own private balcony, while also providing you with the finest amenities available anywhere in the Keys.

Enjoy a picnic at one of the several oceanfront picnic areas, complete with charcoal grills, or take a swim in the Atlantic at the sandy ocean beach. There are also many quiet places to relax or read a book, and walking paths throughout the magnificently lush tropical grounds.

Tropical lagoons weave their way through the grounds and offer a pristine sandy lagoon beach for swimming. The whole family will love the several floating platforms in the lagoon for sunning, swimming and snorkeling. Cast a line from the side of the lagoon, as it is stocked with fish, or you can fish off either side of the point that sticks out into the ocean. There's also a great playground for the kids.

Two fresh water swimming pools are available for you to swim in with large sun decks and shade canopies, and one of the pools is heated for your comfort during the winter months. There are also two lighted tennis courts.

Dockage is usually available for most any size craft at an additional charge. Plenty of parking for your boat and trailer and the boat ramp is on-site if you wish to not rent a slip. The immediate area is know for the finest dive spots in the Keys. You can walk to the swim with the dolphins programs. Units are wheelchair accessible with two elevators to get you up and down. Close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
